Data controller
The data controller is Domani development s.r.o., which operates the Pensione Piena service. The controller's full details (registered office, company number, dedicated privacy email address) are still to be added to this page.
Data collected
Through the contact form we collect only the data you enter: full name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact channel, optional indication of the type of pension, and the text of your message.
We do not ask for, and we invite you not to send through the form, identity documents, bank details or pension documentation.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed in order to reply to your enquiry and for steps preliminary to a possible service agreement. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and the legitimate interest in replying to communications received.
Recipients and providers
Messages sent through the form are delivered by email to the service contact address. We use an email service provider for delivery and an anti-bot verification service to protect the form from automated use. These providers will be named here as soon as the production configuration is complete.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing purposes without your consent.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if the service starts, for the duration of the relationship and the periods required by applicable law. The final retention period will be specified on this page.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing in the cases provided for. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
