FAQ
If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, write to us: we are glad to answer preliminary questions too.
What exactly does Pensione Piena do?
We coordinate the whole administrative path of the move: initial assessment, documents and translations, residence registration, AIRE, communication with INPS, health insurance, bank account, registration address, personal accompaniment and follow-up support. Legal assistance is included in the service.
How much does the service cost?
A personalised quote based on your needs. The price depends on the scope agreed after the initial assessment. We do not publish fixed rates because situations differ.
Do I have to come to Slovakia?
Yes. Some formalities require your physical presence. We organise the visit so the steps are concentrated into a few days and accompany you to the appointments.
Which documents are needed?
The precise list depends on your case. Generally, valid identity documents and documentation about your pension are required; some documents need translation. You receive a specific list after the assessment.
Do you help with finding a home?
Yes. We provide the registration address and, if you wish, help you look for actual accommodation that suits your needs.
How does the mail service work?
We periodically check the correspondence arriving at the registration address, scan it and forward it to you, flagging anything that needs a reply. It is administrative support, not evidence that tax requirements are met.
What is AIRE and do you handle it?
AIRE is the register of Italians resident abroad. We assist you with the registration procedure at the competent consular authorities. Registration is a step in the process, not a tax guarantee.
Do you handle communication with INPS?
Yes, we handle communication with INPS and assist you with the application for the tax regime relevant to your case.
Will my pension be paid gross?
We cannot state that in advance. It depends on the type of pension, the paying institution, the applicable convention and compliance with the requirements. This is why we always start with an individual assessment.
Can I keep ties with Italy?
Many aspects of personal life naturally remain linked to Italy. Some elements, however, are relevant to the assessment of tax residency: we review them together, with legal assistance.
Do you offer a free consultation?
We do not promise free consultations. The first contact serves to frame your request and define the scope and quote for the service.
Can I arrange travel and accommodation myself?
Of course. Help with flights, accommodation and transfers is optional: many clients prefer to arrange it themselves.
