Your pension in Slovakia, with full assistance.
A Slovak-Italian team supports you in assessing your case and coordinates documents, procedures and on-site assistance, with a single point of contact coordinating every step.
Assistance in Italian and English, from the first question to the procedures that follow the move.

What working with us means
Assistance in your language
You always speak with someone who understands your case and explains each step in plain language.
Document coordination
We prepare the list of documents, handle the required translations and keep the deadlines of the different procedures together.
Legal support
We assist with the legal aspects of the process, including help with changing tax residence to Slovakia and all related paperwork.
In-person support
During your visit to Slovakia we accompany you in person to the offices and appointments involved.
Who the service is for
We work with Italian citizens of retirement age who are seriously considering moving their residence to Slovakia and prefer to be guided by professionals rather than navigating offices, forms and translations alone.
Every situation is examined individually. There is no single answer that fits everyone: before starting, we look at the real picture of your position together.
- the type of pension and the institution paying it
- your current family and housing situation
- the time you actually intend to spend in Slovakia
- any other income, property or economic ties in Italy
- the administrative steps required in your specific case
Access to any tax benefit depends on your personal situation, on the type of pension and on compliance with the applicable requirements.

How the process runs
First contact
You write to us through the form and describe your situation in a few lines.
Assessment
We review your case, clarify what is possible and what needs checking, and define the scope of the service.
Documents
We prepare the documentation and translations together and organise the order of the procedures.
Visit and registration
You come to Slovakia for the steps that require your presence. We accompany you in person.
Follow-up procedures and support
We handle the remaining formalities, the correspondence and later administrative needs.
Residence registration is an administrative step: it does not amount to the completion of all tax procedures, which follow their own rules and timing.
Travel, accommodation and transfers
If you wish, we also take care of the practical side of the trip: looking for flights, booking accommodation for the days of the visit and airport transfers.
This part is optional: many clients prefer to arrange travel and accommodation themselves, which is perfectly fine.
Mail and administration after the move
After the move, correspondence keeps arriving, often in Slovak and with deadlines to meet. We check the mail arriving at the registration address, scan it and forward it to you, flagging anything that needs a reply.
The registration address and the mail service are administrative support tools. In themselves they are not proof that tax requirements are met.
What it costs
A personalised quote based on your needs.
The cost depends on the actual scope: which procedures we handle, how many translations are needed, whether you need help with housing or travel. After the initial assessment you receive a clear proposal, with no surprise items.

Frequently asked questions
Do I really have to move to Slovakia?
The service is designed for people considering a genuine move of residence. We do not offer arrangements to simulate a stay that does not exist.
Do I have to come in person?
Yes. Some formalities require your physical presence in Slovakia. We accompany you to the appointments and organise the visit so the steps are concentrated into a few days.
Will my pension be exempt from tax?
That is not an automatic consequence of moving. The treatment depends on the type of pension, the paying institution, the applicable convention and the requirements set by the competent authorities. This is why the initial assessment is individual.
How much does the service cost?
A personalised quote based on your needs: the price depends on the scope agreed after the initial assessment.
